This notice explains how Stay Well Massage Home and Hotel Service uses the information you provide when arranging a home or hotel massage.
Information we receive
The website booking flow asks for your selected service, treatment focus, preferred date and time, name, and home or hotel arrival address. Please do not submit medical records, identification numbers, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through the form.
Why we use it
We use booking details to respond to your request, confirm availability, dispatch a therapist, provide the requested service, handle customer support, and maintain records reasonably required for business or legal purposes.
WhatsApp booking handoff
When you confirm a website booking, your device opens WhatsApp with a message containing the booking summary. You decide whether to send that message. WhatsApp is a separate service and processes information under its own privacy policy.
Sharing and retention
Booking information is shared only with personnel who need it to arrange and deliver the requested service, and with service providers you choose to use, such as WhatsApp. We retain booking information only as long as reasonably needed for booking, customer service, dispute handling, and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Your choices and rights
You may ask whether we hold your booking information or request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable Philippine law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. You may also stop before sending the prefilled WhatsApp message.
